Super Bowl Part This Sunday at the Truwe's!

Whether you plan on watching the big game, or simply enjoy having fun with friends, and eating good food, you will want to be at this year’s Super Bowl Party!

Pastor and Jamie Truwe invite all of our youth, their friends, and our adult volunteers, to join us @ 5:00 p.m. on February 6th (14210 Boxdale St. SA, TX 78217).

We simply ask that you RSVP so that we know how much Taco Soup to make.  Just send an email to gtruwe@mountcalvarysa.org  and let us know how many people are coming with you.  Also, please bring a snack to share with the group.  Chips and dip, cookies, brownies, cheese and crackers, are examples of what you might bring along.  Finally, bring a non-perishable food item to be donated to the local food pantry.

If you need a ride, contact Mr. and Mrs. Laxson at 832-0348 to make arrangements.

YMLT Meeting Tonight

This is just a reminder...

There is no Peak of Fellowship (Sunday Night Youth Group) this Sunday (10-10-10). 

But...

Those of you who signed up for Bebo Norman Tickets:

1) We will meet at Mt. Calvary @ 2:00 p.m. (this is 30 minutes earlier than originally planned)

2) Bring you $$ for tickets ($15/adults; $10/students)

3) Dinner is served at Resurrection Lutheran @ 3:30 p.m.

4) Concert begins @ 5:00 p.m.

5) We will call parents when we leave Fredericksburg for home.

If you stumble upon this blog in the next couple of days, what you'll find is something totally incomplete, under construction, but with a bright future.

This blog will become the online home of all news related to the Youth Ministry at Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church, San Antonio (LCMS).
