The Youth Ministry Leadership Team (YMLT) is an awesome group of folks who have made a committment to the youth of Mt. Calvary. There are others who help out with the youth ministry, but these are the folks who have agreed to go to meetings and make sure all of the details are handled: budget, communications, liability issues, etc. Members are elected by the Board of Education and serve a one year term, beginning each year in September. The group is made up of a cross section of adults (parents or otherwise), and also includes the voice of the youth themselves through two youth representatives.
